Print and fill out our Member Information Form, then mail along with a check or money order (drawn on a US bank and made payable to IAJRC) or your Visa/Mastercard information (including the 3 or 4 digit security code on the back of the card) to:

Fill out our Member Information Form and submit it online by clicking the "Send Data" button on the bottom of the form, then return here to complete the payment below. The IAJRC accepts PayPal and processes credit cards via PayPal.

Description of Annual Subscription Levels:

• Individual (US/Canada)
  - 1 vote in elections; Journals sent USPS 3rd Class (No Automatic Forwarding)

• Individual (US First Class mailing)
  - 1 vote in elections; Journals sent USPS 1st Class (Automatic Forwarding, if needed)

• Individual (Outside the US/Canada)
  - 1 vote in elections; Journals air-lifted to country then placed into postal system (No Automatic Forwarding)

• Family (US/Canada)
  - 2 votes in elections; Journals sent USPS 3rd Class (No Automatic Forwarding)

• Family (US First Class mailing)
  - 2 votes in elections; Journals sent USPS 1st Class (Automatic Forwarding, if needed)

• Family (Outside the US/Canada)
  - 2 votes in elections; Journals air-lifted to country then placed into postal system (No Automatic Forwarding)

• Library
  - No vote in elections; Subscription via invoice; Journals sent USPS 1st Class (Automatic Forwarding, if needed)
